Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy Agreement

To become a USA SpellcasterFX retail partner, we ask that you read & sign this agreement and return it to us, (electronically is fine), before we begin to do business together.

This policy agreement is in place to ensure that the SpellcasterFX brand’s value is adequately protected in the marketplace, and to ensure that the brand is (and remains) profitable for both Spell casterFX and all of its authorized retail partners. Its purpose is to protect all parties involved.

Our MAP policy is simple: the following items may be listed publicly NO LOWER than the MAP price in the first column of our confidential USA Dealer price list.

NO LOWER THAN MAP:

Any/all web sales listings.

Any site-wide discounts. We will specifically authorize official sales (ie Black Friday) on a case-by-case basis, the parameters for which we will determine.

Any third-party site sales listings. This includes Reverb, eBay, Amazon, etc.

Any mass email newsletters to customers.

Any print advertisement that includes SpellcasterFX products.

We do not consider the following to be MAP violations;

Any one-on-one negotiation with a customer (online or in-person) that results in a sale price below MAP.

A discount given to a unique customer who has abandoned an online shopping cart for over 24 hours.

Enforcement

Mistakes happen, and we understand that. However, beyond an honest mistake we will enforce this agreement as follows:

First violation: an official warning will be sent, and the price/listing in question must immediately be corrected.

Second violation: will result in a 30-day suspension of your dealership with kittycasterFX.

Third violation: your dealership with SpellcasterFX will be terminated.
